These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Emotional Support Potato mobile application ("the App"), operated by JM Lifestyle Development Consultancy (Licence No. CN-3849822), Abu Dhabi, UAE ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under brand name "Wunderbar". By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Emotional Support Potato is an AI-powered emotional support companion app. It is designed to provide a friendly, personalized space to talk through what you're feeling. It is not a medical or mental health service.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Help

The App is not a crisis service, therapy, or medical advice. The AI companion is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account with others. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.

5. Free Tier & Premium

The free tier allows up to 10 messages per day, resetting at midnight. Premium access is available via monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription, processed through Apple. Premium features include unlimited chat, no ads, and deeper memory.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.

Free trials, if offered, will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Unused free trial periods will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App

- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

- Attempt to extract, scrape, or misuse any AI responses

This App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to App Store matters.

All content, branding, design, and code in the App is the property of JM Lifestyle Development Consultancy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Responses generated by the App are produced by Claude AI (Anthropic) and are intended for general emotional support purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You use the App and act on any content at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JM Lifestyle Development Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
